MatchMyBuyer quietly connects Wagga Wagga homeowners with buyers who have already told us what they want and how they will pay for it. No signboard, no open homes, no listing for the whole town to see.
Now the whole street knows you're moving, before you've decided where to.
Your privacy is gone, for anyone with a phone to scroll past.
Clean, leave, wait in the car, come back. Repeat next week.
Plenty of people walk through. Far fewer have the budget and finance to buy.
Buying is the mirror image: refreshing the listings, sending enquiries, hoping the home has what you're after, missing out, and starting all over again.
Buyers tell us what they want first: budget, suburbs, bedrooms and where their finance is at. When you're open to selling, your home is shown only to registered buyers, never the public, and it goes to the top of the list for the buyers who already fit. A licensed local agent makes every introduction.
Rooms, a rough price, what makes it yours. Your agent checks it, usually within one business day, and your street address stays hidden.
When a buyer registers interest, you see their budget, timing and where their finance is at, but not who they are. You choose who sees your address.
Your agent arranges a private viewing and handles the offer, contract and settlement.
You see budgets and readiness, never names. Buyers see your home's details and photos, but not your address or documents until you say yes.
Budget, suburbs, must-haves and where your finance is at. It takes about a minute.
Homes that match your brief go to the top of your list, and new ones are marked when you next sign in. Many are never advertised anywhere else.
Your agent books the viewing and guides you through to settlement.
Exact addresses are shared once the owner approves you. Price guides are set by your agent from a market analysis.
You can still list the usual way later. Matching first just means you find out who's ready before anyone else knows.
| MatchMyBuyer | Listing online | |
|---|---|---|
| Who sees your home | Only registered buyers, never the public | Anyone, anywhere |
| Your street address | Hidden until you approve a buyer | Public from day one |
| A buyer's finance | Told up front, and checked by your agent for verified buyers | Usually found out at offer stage |
| Inspections | Private viewings, when you say | Open homes, often weekly |
| To find out | Free to match*, no obligation | An agency agreement and an advertising campaign |
Kept private until you say so
No open homes to clean for. Viewings happen when it suits you, with people who already fit.
Neighbours, workmates and the internet don't need to know you're thinking about selling.
You know a buyer's budget, timing and finance before anyone walks through your door.
Your street address stays hidden until you share it with a specific buyer, and you can stop sharing at any time.
Your name and contact details are only seen by the licensed agents at Macarthur Real Estate Agency who run MatchMyBuyer. They're never sold or passed to other agencies.
Your price expectation stays private. Buyers only see a price guide once your agent has verified it.
Names and email addresses are stored encrypted. Change your mind and you can delete your account at any time, and it's removed from matching straight away.
Mark Macarthur is a licensed local agent with Macarthur Real Estate Agency. He checks every home before buyers see it, verifies buyers' finance, and stays with you from the first conversation through to settlement. Nothing moves forward without your say-so.

No, we don't. Think of us as the lead generation and matching service for real estate professionals. We do the initial legwork: collecting buyers' requirements and sellers' property details, then matching them. A licensed real estate agent then manages viewings, negotiation, paperwork and settlement. We connect you with the right people; the agent makes sure the deal gets done right.
Matching is permission-based. Registered buyers see a home's type, suburb, size, features, approved photos and a price guide once your agent has verified it. The street address and documents are only shown to a buyer you choose to share them with, or that your agent shares them with because you asked, and you can stop sharing at any time. Sellers see an interested buyer's budget, timing and finance, but never their name or contact details. Those are only seen by our agents.
A Verified buyer badge means your agent has sighted the buyer's finance: a mortgage pre-approval (lender, amount and expiry date) or, for cash buyers, proof of funds. Buyers can ask to be verified from their account, and sellers see the badge next to interested buyers. It isn't a guarantee that finance will stay available, so your agent still checks again at offer stage. On the seller side, every property, photo and document is checked by the agent before buyers can see it.
Buyers see their matches straight away. Sellers' homes are checked by the agent first, usually within one business day, before any buyer can see them. Either way, a licensed agent contacts you, usually within 24 hours, by phone, text or email, whichever you chose. They answer your questions, arrange viewings or an appraisal, and guide you through the offer and negotiation.
Instead of advertising your home to everyone, it's only shown to registered buyers, and it goes to the top of the list for the buyers whose price range, suburbs and must-haves fit. You stay in control of what is shared, and a licensed agent handles every introduction.
Your price expectation stays private. Before any price is shown to buyers, your agent completes a comparative market analysis (CMA), gives you the evidence and records an estimated selling price in your agency agreement. Until then, buyers see "Awaiting price". Once it is verified, they see a price guide from 5% below to 5% above that estimate. You can also choose not to show a price at all.
It's free to match. Buyers pay nothing. Sellers can join, be matched and get an appraisal for free. Selling fees apply only if you go ahead and sell: the agent's commission, which is discussed openly on your first phone call and set out in your agency agreement before anything is signed.
Not at all. Many people use MatchMyBuyer while they are exploring their options, whether that is selling down the track or just finding out what their home might be worth. There is no obligation to list and no pressure to take any next step.

Your privacy is our priority, and matching is permission-based. Sellers decide what is shared and when: early matches may only see high-level details, and the exact address is only shared with a buyer once they have been vetted and you are comfortable. Buyers' requirements are used to find matches, but their contact details are only shared with our agents.
Verification means the people on MatchMyBuyer are serious and credible. Steps may include confirming identity with government-issued ID, proof of funds or a mortgage pre-approval for buyers, and proof of ownership, such as a contract of sale, for sellers. We still recommend doing your own due diligence with your agent once you are transacting.
Your request alerts our team and a licensed agent is notified. They contact you directly, typically by phone or email within 24 hours, then arrange viewings, answer your questions and guide you through the offer and negotiation.

We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect, who can see it and how to contact us about it.
We do not collect sensitive information (for example health information) unless you give it to us and it is needed for your request.
Directly from you when you build a profile, update your details, use your account or send us a message, and from our agents when they record their conversations with you. We don't buy lead lists or use list brokers.
We don't sell your information, pass it to other agencies, or add you to marketing lists.
Some of our technology providers may store or process data outside Australia, for example in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it in a way that is consistent with the APPs.
Names and email addresses are encrypted, so only authorised agents holding the admin key can read them. Agent tools need an agent login or the admin passphrase, agents are signed out after 10 minutes without activity, and every action they take is recorded in an internal activity log. Every property, photo and document is checked by an agent before buyers can see it. No system connected to the internet is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires.
You can delete your account at any time from My details. It is hidden from the platform straight away: your property is withdrawn and any open deals are closed. We keep it privately for 90 days in case a sale is already underway, then permanently remove it. Records an agent must keep by law, for example for a sale that went ahead, are kept for as long as the law requires.
You can update most of your details yourself in My details. To ask for a copy of the information we hold, or to correct anything else, email info@matchmybuyer.com.au. We usually respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Tell your agent, email us, or use our opt-out page, and we will record that you don't want to be contacted.
If you think we have mishandled your personal information, email info@matchmybuyer.com.au. We will investigate and usually respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the OAIC at www.oaic.gov.au.
We may update this policy. The current version and its effective date will always be on this page, and we will let registered users know about significant changes.

Free to match. Selling fees apply. Building a profile, being matched and getting an appraisal are free for buyers and sellers, and buyers pay us nothing.
